the motive

“You lose what you don’t use” is a saying that’s been around for a long time, probably because it rings true in many ways. In light of recent obesity statistics, rising health care costs, and the fact that Americans are having health problems at younger ages, maybe it’s time to revisit that saying. Perhaps it’s time for you to rise up and get back on the path you were meant to be on. Set your heart on gaining strength and conditioning.
